"took my money"
this place lied said they was a debt collector and would settle my debt for 1264.00 but then i find out this is a credit place . They refunded me 620.00 but i want the rest of it. they was dishonest and don’t seem to care they took my money.

This company is nothing but liars, thieves and broken promises. I was pressured into signing up and paying the open fees that I couldn’t really afford but due to my situation I was told this was the only way to stop immediate interactions. I told her I did not want to continue with a subscription and I was only going to pay one time because I can’t afford the service. They promised I would not have to worry about additional payments. Then I was charged an additional $99 for the next month. When I called to have them refund it they told me it did not matter what the person before told me that they have a contract and my account does not qualify for refund. I requested the recorded call where I was told it would be one charge only be reviewed and was told it can be requested but due to the contract they are allowed to bill me because I didn’t call to cancel. I did not know I needed to call to cancel because I made it very clear at sign up that I did not want to continue past one month. They have done nothing that I couldn’t have done on my own and actually have done on my own over the last month, with better results. This is a scam company that prays on people who are in a bad situation. Do not give them your money. After filing my complaint with BBB I see there are many complaints stating the same thing. Buyer beware!!

"My Experience with Credit Glory"
I've been dealing with Credit Glory, and honestly, it feels like a total scam. I'm really struggling to know what's real and what's just a bunch of nonsense. I've attempted to call and cancel my service, but they really go out of their way to make it hard for you to do that. I need someone to reach out to me before I take this to the Better Business Bureau. I've had three chats with their customer service, and I'm just not making any progress.
